HOW WE WORK
Our process isn’t fixed. It moves with the story, shaped by curiosity and conversation. Video sits at the heart of our practice — a space where ideas are questioned, pulled apart, and rebuilt together. Through careful listening and shared exploration, we bring images to life, whether as films, brand worlds, or social narratives. Collaboration isn’t a step in the process. It is the process.
Â
WHAT WE WANT
We believe creativity carries responsibility. We choose our projects with care, tell stories with integrity, and create work that resonates beyond the screen. Commercially effective, culturally aware, and ethically grounded.

WHO WE ARE
Adeoluwa Adeyemi
Creative Director
Ade is a video director and creative producer specialising in music, social, and small-crew film production, with a strong foundation in delivery management and project leadership. He combines hands-on creative execution — directing, cinematography, and post-production — with a calm, organised approach to running productions end to end.
He has led projects for major labels, independent artists, and cultural organisations, often managing complex constraints around time, budget, and talent experience. His work prioritises authentic performance, strong visual language, and efficient collaboration across creative and technical teams. Alongside his production practice, he bring years of experience coordinating large-scale projects in fast-paced environments, which informs how he communicates, plans, and delivers creative work reliably.
Rooted in music and culture, his practice balances craft with care — building work that feels intentional, honest, and emotionally grounded.
Shakeel Browne
Creative Producer
Shak is the Creative Producer at Wuji, shaping creative strategy and the systems that support it. His background spans video production, artist management, digital campaigns, studio and tour management, events, and brand strategy.
He has worked with organisations including Pirate Studios, Boiler Room, Blue Studios, and Lucid Publicity, alongside campaigns for Polydor, Jazz:refreshed, BMG, Planet V, and Born On Road. At the core of his practice is facilitation — creating the conditions for artists and teams to do their best work.
Shak believes artists should never be treated as commodities. His approach is grounded in listening, care, and long-term thinking, ensuring Wuji’s work remains artist-led, respectful, and sustainable.Â
