Who we are
Shak is where the work starts. His background is in music, running campaigns and creative direction for artists and labels, which taught him that an idea has to hold before anyone will carry it. He shapes the thinking, finds the angle, and builds the structure the film will stand on. He also runs the process, which means the conditions are right by the time anyone picks up a camera. Most of what Wuji makes existed as an argument on a page before it existed as a frame.
Ade is where it lands. Seven years across music, fashion and documentary, with clients including BMG and BUPA, built on his own terms rather than through an agency. He came up as a self-shooter, so he knows what a frame costs and what a cut can carry. He directs and edits, and the look of the work is his. What Shak builds as an argument, Ade turns into something you feel before you have decided what you think about it.
